Self-Return At A Dropoff Point With A Return Label:
- A return label will already be included in your parcel for your convenience. If you find that the return label is missing and you wish to submit a return, kindly contact our Customer Care Center.
- You may drop off your returns package at any of the COLLECTCO designated location.
- Upon the arrival of your returned product(s) at our warehouse, we will check if the product(s) meets the requirements of returns and refunds. Our Customer Service Center will send you a refund confirmation email of refund once it has been approved. Normally your account will be refunded within 30 working days, but it varies depending on your card issuer, bank or electronic payment agency.
