What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Levi’s® online purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we are here to help!

Additional return policy details:

  1. You can, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Levi’s® Malaysia Official Online Store (www.levi.com.my), submit product(s) for return, subject to the terms of our Returns Policy set out below.
  2. Any product(s) for which the return application is not submitted within the above timeline is not eligible for return.
  3. Product(s) excluded from returns are: underwear, socks, marked as final clearance and non-returnable, altered/customized products, and limited edition collection(s). If we receive a return of product(s) that are not eligible for returns, the product(s) will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund.
  4. Product(s) submitted for return must be in new and original condition, unwashed and unused, in original product packaging and with original price tags and labels attached.
  5. Return applications for the product(s) purchased at the Levi’s® Malaysia Official Online Store must be addressed to us online in the prescribed format. To do so, please login to Levi’s® Malaysia Official Online Store to submit a return application. For Guest users, kindly contact our Customer Care Center if you wish to submit product(s) for return.
  6. If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid.
  7. If a Gift with Purchase (GWP) is included in your order and the returned product(s) contribute to your eligibility for the GWP, the GWP must be returned together for us to process the return.
  8. Levi’s® Malaysia reserves the right to reject a return if the product(s) submitted for return does not meet the requirements above.
  9. Levi’s® Malaysia reserves the right to make final decisions and to alter this policy at any time.

How do I return a Levi.com.my online order?

  1. A return label will already be included in your parcel for your convenience. If you find that the return label is missing and you wish to submit a return, kindly contact our Customer Care Center.
  2. You may drop off your returns package at any of the GDEX designated locations.
  3. Upon the arrival of your returned product(s) at our warehouse, we will check if the product(s) meets the requirements of returns and refunds. Our Customer Service Center will send you a refund confirmation email of refund once it has been approved. Normally your account will be refunded within 30 working days, but it varies depending on your card issuer, bank or electronic payment agency.

How do I receive refunds?

  1. Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) meet the Returns Policy requirements above and are delivered back to us as set out above.
  2. We will process for your refund within 10 to 14 business days of receiving the item(s) in our eCommerce warehouse.
  3. Please be informed that our Customer Care Center may contact you further for additional information prior to processing a refund. In such event, your refund may take longer than 14 business days if there is a delay in receiving your reply.
